Unlike with other sites, the data that you add to arcalife belongs to you - and if you are a lifetime member, ultimately, to future generations of your family. We believe that your information is a valuable personal digital estate and as custodians of our member’s data we take our role extremely seriously.

Paid Member Benefits

If you have a paid membership, you can request that we make a CD copy of your data for you at any time at no additional charge. The number of copies per year that you can request depends on your membership level.

Free Member Service

If you have a free membership you can request that we make a CD copy of your data for you at any time. An administrative charge of $15 is made to cover costs.

Requesting your CD

In either case you can request a CD to be made by sending:-

Your Full name, Email address and Date of birth along with your home address to privacypolice@arcalife.com

A member of the arcalife team will contact you and confirm your details. We are unable to process an order without complete details.

Protection of your data.

If you close your account or allow your free account to lapse, after 3 months we will permanently delete your data from the site. This will occur after a number of notifications and reminders are sent to your email address. arcalife sets aside a small amount of each paid membership fee, to ensure that funds are available to make you a CD copy of your data, in the unlikely event that the site closes for any reason.
