Here’s how it works;
Our agent will call you and arrange a time for all your family to dial in to the arcalife family line. At that time you will be asked for 6 items or topics that you would like to cover in your call. The agent will have a list of suggestions if you can't think of any.
You will be provided with a pin code to dial into the 1-800 number. When the family interview happens, up to six family members can call in. The call will be recorded and uploaded to your arcalife account.
Once you and your family enter the call, the facilitator will introduce the call and get you started. You may have a list of questions that you want to use to get the conversation flowing, if not the facilitator will use the list of topics that you provided.
The facilitator will not interrupt or use additional topics guide except where the conversation dries up. If you would like to move the conversation on to different areas you should make that intervention and ask the agent to introduce a new topic.
After 1 hour the facilitator will look for a natural break in the conversation and bring the call to a close. Once complete your recorded family history interview will be uploaded to your arcalife account within 24 hours.
