Technical or website

If you have technical query or would like to report a problem with the site please send an e-mail to technicalsupport@arcalife.com. We will initially respond to you within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the query or problem further investigation work may be required.

Privacy and security

If you have a concern related to privacy, security or use of the arcalife community please e-mail the privacypolice@arcalife.com. We take our privacy and security responsibilities very seriously. If your issue or concern is deemed to be in breach of our code of conduct or the terms and conditions for users we will respond within 12 hours.

arcalife.com is an evolving and growing community-we welcome any suggestions you have to help us improve our website or community. Please forward your suggestions to feedback@arcalife.com. If we adopt your suggestion we will credit your account with additional storage space for free to allow you to upload even more great life content.

Contact Centre - large file uploads only

If you are a paid member of the arcalife community you can send video files over 500meg to us for upload. Only send copies of video files clearly marked with your e-mail written on the CD for upload. CD's will not be returned and we accept no responsibility for loss. Please ensure you have sufficient storage space in your account before sending to us.
